II. Sources and Categories of Processed Personal Data
1. The controller processes personal data that you have provided or personal data obtained based on the fulfillment of your order.

III. Legal Basis and Purpose of Personal Data Processing
1. The legal basis for processing personal data is:
- The performance of a contract between you and the controller pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR,
- The legitimate interest of the controller in providing direct marketing (especially for sending commercial communications and newsletters) pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,
- Your consent to the processing for the purposes of direct marketing (especially for sending commercial communications and newsletters) pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Section 7(2) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, if no order of goods or services has been placed.
2. The purpose of personal data processing is:
- Processing your order and exercising rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller; when placing an order, personal data necessary for successful processing (name, address, contact) is required, and providing personal data is a necessary requirement for concluding and performing the contract, without which it cannot be concluded or fulfilled by the controller.
- Sending commercial communications and carrying out other marketing activities.
3. The controller does not engage in automated individual decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
IV. Data Retention Period
1. The controller retains personal data:
- For the period necessary to exercise rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller and to assert claims from these contractual relationships (for 15 years from the termination of the contractual relationship).
- Until consent to personal data processing for marketing purposes is withdrawn, but no longer than 10 years if personal data is processed based on consent.
2. After the expiration of the data retention period, the controller will delete the personal data.
V. Recipients of Personal Data (Controller's Subcontractors)
1. Recipients of personal data include:
- Persons involved in the delivery of goods/services and payment processing based on a contract,
- Providers of e-shop operation services and other related services,
- Providers of marketing services.
2. The controller intends to transfer personal data to a third country (a country outside the EU) or an international organization. Recipients of personal data in third countries include providers of mailing services/cloud services.
VI. Your Rights
1. Under the conditions set out in GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data under Article 15 GDPR,
- Correct personal data under Article 16 GDPR or restrict processing under Article 18 GDPR,
- Erasure of personal data under Article 17 GDPR,
- Object to processing under Article 21 GDPR,
- Data portability under Article 20 GDPR,
- Withdraw consent to processing in writing or electronically at the controller's address or email specified in Article III of these terms.
2. Additionally, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if you believe that your data protection rights have been violated.
VII. Conditions for Personal Data Security
1. The controller declares that it has taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data.
2. The controller has implemented technical measures to secure data storage and personal data storage in physical form, including HTTPS protocol, antivirus software, encryption, and regular backups.
3. The controller declares that personal data is accessible only to authorized personnel.
VIII. Final Provisions
1. By submitting an order via the online order form, you confirm that you have read the personal data protection terms and fully accept them.
